MoodBoss User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MoodBoss, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.

2. About MoodBoss

MoodBoss provides tools for personal wellbeing tracking, mood and cycle-related insights, calendar features, notifications, and related content. The service is intended for informational and personal use.

3. No Medical Advice

MoodBoss does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information and recommendations in the app are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions, symptoms, treatment decisions, or emergencies.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when necessary.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use MoodBoss for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload content that violates the rights of others or contains unlawful, harmful, or malicious material.
• Do not misuse the service to collect data about other users or systems without authorization.

6. User Content and Data

You may enter profile information, questionnaire responses, notes, calendar records, uploaded materials, and other content. You remain responsible for the information you provide. MoodBoss processes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be handled by the app store or payment provider through which the purchase was made, subject to that provider's rules.

8. Changes to the Service

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of MoodBoss from time to time, including features, content, or availability. We may also update this User Agreement when needed.

9. Termination

You may stop using MoodBoss at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the account violates this User Agreement, creates risk, or is used in a way that may harm the service or other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoodBoss is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every individual situation.
